Delete Your Account
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, test attempts, planner data, saved colleges, documents, and chat history. This can't be undone.
What Gets Deleted
Once your request is processed, we permanently delete:
Your account and profile (name, mobile number, class/batch, target year, goal)
Your test attempts, scores, progress and analytics data
Your study planner entries, bookmarks, flagged questions, and doubt/chat content and any uploaded files
Your stored session token
What May Be Retained
We may retain a limited subset of data where required to:
Legal compliance
Comply with legal, tax, or regulatory obligations.
Disputes & agreements
Resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
Fraud prevention
Prevent fraud and abuse.
Any retained data is kept only for as long as necessary for these purposes and is then deleted. Aggregated or anonymised data that does not identify you may be retained.
