These Terms govern your use of the Mentorbox AI mobile application, provided by EDUBUS UNICON PRIVATE LIMITED ("Mentorbox", "we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Read this carefully before using the App. It covers your account, what the App does and doesn't guarantee, acceptable use, and how disputes are handled.

Section 01

Eligibility and Accounts

A valid mobile number

Required to register; sign-in is via a one-time password (OTP).

Account security

You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure and for all activity under your account.

Under 18

You may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

Section 02

The Service

The App provides exam-preparation tools including practice questions, tests and mock tests, a study planner, progress analytics, bookmarks, and AI-assisted doubt solving. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

Educational content disclaimer

The App's content, including AI-generated explanations and any predictive scores or "probability" indicators, is provided for practice and study purposes only. It does not guarantee any examination result, rank, or admission. Always verify important information against official sources. We are not affiliated with the National Testing Agency (NTA) or any official examination authority unless expressly stated.

Section 03

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the App's content without permission

Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the App or our systems

Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content

Section 04

Intellectual Property

The App and its content (excluding content you submit) are owned by Mentorbox or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial study. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a licence to process it solely to provide the App.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

Section 06

Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time — see Account & Data Deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the App and its users.

Section 07

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is accurate or complete.

Section 08

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDUBUS UNICON PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, results, or opportunity, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App.

Section 09

Governing Law and Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
